Announcements from the batch council

We need to help planning the Pisay fair!

What we need:

1.) SPONSORS!
We need sponsors for our fair (concert included).

2.) CONTACTS!
We need bands to perform for our fair concert. We also need sound systems, etc.

If you have any connections or can get in touch with anybody who can sponsor us/perform, etc., please inform any of the batch council officers and provide contact details.

Also, comment on this post which bands you'd like to see perform at the concert. O:

3.) THEME!
We need a fair theme. We need a fair name and a name title as well.
(fair is on Friday the 13th. Just an idea. Don't limit your ideas to only this though.)

If you have any ideas, please inform any of the batch council officers.

If you are willing to help out, these are the following committees you can sign up for:

• logistics
• concert
• advertisements
• food and drink
• finance

(Samapi members are automatically part of the concert committee)
